How Do I Book a DJ Mixer?

Can I Change or Cancel My Reservation?
If you need to amend your booking or even cancel, you can do so for free up to 7 days before set-up time. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 100% thereafter.
Do You Offer Dry Hire?
No. To make sure you get the best results from your sound systems, we only offer fully supported sound system hire. This includes delivery and set-up so you can enjoy your event without having to worry about technicalities.
Can I Book Last Minute?
Yes, if you have a last-minute enquiry, get in touch. We hold an extensive stock of high-end sound equipment and have the flexibility and expertise to adapt to urgent requests.
Will My iPad, Phone, or Laptop Plug Into The Equipment?
Yes. We can provide a mixer that can be connected to your iPad, phone or laptop using a standard mini jack lead or Bluetooth connection.
What Are The Minimum and Maximum Hire Periods?
The minimum hire period is one day while the standard maximum hire period is two weeks. If you require a longer term hire, please get in touch for a special price.
Do You Sell Your Rental Equipment?
Yes, sometimes our rental equipment is available to purchase. Please visit our online store.
Do I Need Insurance For The Rented Equipment?
You (the Hirer) are required to arrange insurance against the risk of loss or damage to our equipment. Alternatively, we can add insurance cover at a daily cost according to our current price list.
Note: No insurance is required if the equipment is installed and operated by one of our sound engineers.
Does The Equipment Have PAT Certification?
Yes, all our equipment is PAT-tested and certified.
Does Sova Audio Hold Public Liability Insurance?
Yes, we hold Public Liability Insurance up to £1,000,000.
